We’re excited to share an important milestone for Aspire. 🎉
Recently, we signed our Partnership Agreement with Viteccons, one of Vietnam’s leading general contractors. They will serve as the General Contractor for our new residential apartment project in Tan Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. Shortly after, we held a meaningful groundbreaking ceremony to officially start construction.

This project demonstrates our continued commitment to creating thoughtfully designed and comfortable homes.. It sits in a central and long-established neighborhood, and it will offer well-planned living options that support the surrounding community.

By combining Aspire’s vision for modern living with Viteccons’ strong construction expertise, we aim to deliver a project that brings real value to future residents and the wider community.

We also extend our appreciation to Mr. Do Ngoc Tuan, Chairman of Viteccons, and to both project teams. Their preparation, collaboration, and dedication made this milestone possible.
